Root Element is MIssing

Error:

System.Xml.XmlException: Root element is missing.

Solution:
If you are using Web Service, check if the URL of the web service is properly set.
For example:
The URL for the web service is

http://localhost:8081/WebName/WebService.asmx

The error occurs when the URL used is, for instance:

http://localhost:8081/WebName
