Delete data by date

Sometimes, new Visual Basic developers may meet such problems as retrieving data by date. Just need to use # to make it right

e.g.
db.Execute "DELETE FROM table_name WHERE FieldDate < #" & Format(Date, "yyyy/mm/dd") & "#"
